Return Policy for Optogate Online:
(Not a common occurrence, but we understand. So here is how it works)
30 Day Return Policy
1. Request item to be returned with a prompt email to info@optogatemicswitch.com
-You must provide the details regarding your purchase such as the order number from your original invoice by Optogate Online.
-You must also maintain original packaging if at all possible. (Otherwise a $10 restocking fee will be taken out of refund.)
-You must ship product at your expense to get a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.

When return item is received by fulfillment in Original packaging a full refund will be processed through our system the day it is received. Please wait a reasonably amount of time to see refund transfer from our system to your original payment method.
2 year Manufacturer Warranty:
For any Manufacturing Defect in your unit or any experience of a malfunctioning Optogate please email Info@optogatemicswitch.com so that we have record of your issue. Please review our FAQ to get some more help.

We can help you trouble shoot your problems, most of the time it is as simple as changing out your XLR cable or doing a power cycle on device.
If our suggestions to troubleshoot don't work we will ship out a new device as soon as we receive the defective/malfunction one.
